Standard Rotasyn Resolvers may be ideal for classic machines or electric motors. The “servo-groove” allows easy alignment of the resolver to the pole orientation of the PM motor during assembly. Modern servo amplifiers or resolver converters offer the ability to align the resolver and the PM motor electronically.

Custom Rotasyn ResolversIn many cases, customers require modifications to the standard Rotasyn to fit their application. We can make special sizes, vary the electrical parameters, special protection, customized housings with or without bearings, etc. to meet your needs. How do you find a cost-effective solution? Two aspects must always be considered: the purchase price of the sensor and its cost of installation. Often a customer-specific solution greatly reduces installation and adjustment costs. It should also be kept in mind that the manufacturing cost is less dependent on the complexity of the sensor than on the quantity produced. It can be assumed that for every factor 10 increase in quantity, the costs reduce by about 16% due to the economies of scale.
